Warm Health Technology and Abounding Prosperity Partner to Implement PL Cares® for Equitable HIV Care

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va., Feb. 13, 2025 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Warm Health Technology, Inc. (WHT) is proud to announce a new partnership with Abounding Prosperity, Inc. (AP) to enhance patient engagement and advance efforts to end the HIV epidemic. Through this collaboration, WHT continues its growth by expanding into the central United States, bringing evidence-based digital health solutions to underserved communities.
The partnership leverages PL Cares®, an innovative program designed to support equitable care for people living with HIV. At Abounding Prosperity, the implementation of this program is funded by a HRSA grant and is being led by Jacobi Hunter-Wright, Chief Operations Officer, who is leveraging WHT's digital health solutions to empower patients and ensure access to vital resources. This collaboration combines AP's community-focused leadership with WHT's evidence-based digital health solutions to create a scalable model for improving patient engagement and health outcomes.
